Q2. How do I book a ride?
Open the Clixi Rider app → Enter your pickup and drop location → Choose from available driver bids → Confirm and ride.
Q3. Can I choose the type of vehicle?
Yes! You’ll see different vehicle options and can pick one that suits your needs—Auto, Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, or Bikes.
Q4. How are ride prices decided?
You post a request. Drivers respond with their quotes. You pick the one that fits your budget.
Q5. How do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or card directly to the driver. Clixi does not collect any fare on behalf of the driver.
Q6. Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you accept is final. No surge pricing, no surprise fees.
Q7. Is Clixi safe?
Yes. All drivers are verified, licensed, and onboarded manually. You can view driver ratings and reviews before booking.
Q8. What should I do in case of an emergency?
Use the SOS button in the app. Your live location will be shared with emergency contacts, and local support will be notified.
Q9. What if I cancel my ride?
You can cancel before confirmation. After that, cancellation charges may apply if the driver is already en route.
Q10. The app isn’t working properly. What should I do?
Try updating the app or clearing the cache. If issues persist, contact our support via chat or helpline.
Q11. Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes, scheduled ride requests can be posted, and drivers will bid on them ahead of time.
Q12. Can I favorite a driver and book again?
Yes, you can mark drivers as favorites and directly send them ride requests in the future.
Q13. Can I book for someone else?
Absolutely. Just mention the rider’s name and contact details during the booking.
For Pilots/Drivers
Q1. What is Clixi and how does it work for drivers?
Clixi is a mobility SaaS platform that allows local drivers to receive ride requests from customers via an open bidding system. You set your own prices and get paid directly by the customer. We’re not a taxi aggregator — you are your own boss.
Q2. How do I join Clixi as a Pilot?
You can sign up via the Clixi Pilot app or visit a Clixi Onboarding Center near you. Basic requirements include a valid driving license, commercial vehicle documents, and a smartphone.
Q3. What are the eligibility requirements?
Valid commercial driving license
RC, taxi permit, and photo for your vehicle
PAN card and Aadhar card
Smartphone with internet access
Q4. Who decides the ride fare?
You do! When a rider posts a request, you can quote your own price. The rider picks the offer they like best.
Q5. How do I earn through Clixi?
You earn by accepting rides and getting paid directly by the customer. Clixi may charge a small platform fee or wallet recharge cost depending on your subscription.
Q6. Are there any commissions or cuts?
No commissions. You pay a flat fee to Clixi to access ride requests (via recharge), and 100% of the fare goes to you.
Q7. How do wallet recharges work?
You recharge your Clixi wallet to unlock ride visibility and make bids. Different plans are available depending on your need and region.
Q8. I’m having issues with the app. What should I do?
You can reach out via in-app support or contact our local support center. We also have a community of drivers on WhatsApp for instant help.
Q9. Can I pause receiving ride requests?
Yes, use the “Go Offline” option in the app anytime.
Q10. What if a rider cancels after I accept a ride?
Riders may be penalized for last-minute cancellations. You’ll be notified, and the ride will be removed from your queue.
Q11. Can I report bad rider behavior?
Yes, you can report issues via the app or our support center. Repeated violations lead to rider bans.
