• Type: Full-time, Onsite in Dharamshala

• Compensation: 3.6 l.p.a + ESOPs (will be discussed with shortlisted candidates)

About Clixi
Clixi is building the future of mobility for suburban and mountain regions in India. Starting with Himachal Pradesh. We’re a local-first ride-hailing app designed to serve everyday commutes, outstation rides, bike taxis, and deliveries in places where the big apps don’t work. Our goal: make transportation fair, fast, and locally empowering.

We’re at an MVP stage and are now looking for a passionate engineer to take the product to the next level, and own the journey from there.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founder to improve and expand our Flutter-based Clixi app.

• Implement new features like coupon systems, insurance add-ons, and advanced notification triggers.

• Optimise Firebase integrations (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).

• Ensure smooth, bug-free performance on Android & iOS.

• Bring in your own ideas to make Clixi a better, smarter, and more loved product.

• Work as the founding tech brain with the opportunity to build & lead the engineering team over time.

What We’re Looking For

• Location: Must be based in Dharamshala (or willing to relocate).

• Experience: 1+ years in developing Flutter-based apps (internships/projects count if you’ve shipped real apps).

• Skills:

  • Flutter & Dart

  • Firebase suite (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging)

  • Atleast one programming language among Python / PHP / Go / Rust

  • Basic Git knowledge

• Mindset:

  • Startup attitude — resourceful, self-driven, and okay with uncertainty.

  • Problem-solver who loves building things that actually matter.

  • Willing to experiment, learn, and grow with the product
